“ASPCC Recognizes…Administration Erred”

AS executive board

A censure is a formal reprimand.   A no-confidence vote is a statement that a person in a leadership position, is considered unfit to continue.

On Wednesday, February 27th, Associated Students of Pasadena City College voted both  to censure and to approve a motion of no confidence in PCC’s current administration under Superintendent/President Dr. Mark Rocha.

A lot of times, when kids are out of shape, technology is at least partly to blame.

Healthcare professional Chelsea Salisbury is turning that around.

A colorful digital kids’ pedometer made by GeoPalz® inspired Chelsea  to implement a technology-based fitness program in her local North Carolina elementary schools.   Her “Walking the World” program incorporated both the pedometers and a spirit of fun and competition–and resulted in students becoming much more physically active.
